1. Agreement
By placing an order or requesting a quote through Darbar Fresh, you agree to these terms and conditions governing our B2B supply relationship.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change based on market conditions. Confirmed orders will honor the agreed-upon pricing at the time of order placement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon during partnership onboarding. Standard terms include advance payment for new partners and credit terms for established accounts.
4. Product Quality
All products are manufactured in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Batch-wise quality certificates are available upon request.
5. Limitation of Liability
Darbar Fresh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the order in question.
